Customers are allowed to send a maximum of 50 E-Mail messages per hour.
Can I have this limit updated?
No, sorry. The limits are hard set due to possible mail issues that could arise from emailing too much. We do apologize, but this is for everyones well being, that we have set limits that are not changeable.
Can I email everyone on my forum?
Yes. You are allowed to email everyone you would like. The only reason why the above feature was originally enabled was to protect other users on these shared servers. The limits that are configured on all accounts are well above the required limits of your forum software.
