Dear Customer,
This is an important e-mail to notify you of scheduled maintenance that will effect your S1 server at JKookServ.
Please re-read:
Time of maintenance window: November 6th, 2008 starting at 12:00 AM CST to November 6th, 2008 ending at 2:30 AM CST
Estimated amount of down time: Most likely you will experience no more than 20 minutes of down time.
Description of maintenance: The purpose of the power maintenance is to upgrade the distribution panels throughout our data center. This is important in maintaining a reliable power infrastructure, and is merely a pro-active measure to ensure power reliability. We will have technicians gracefully powering your server down at that time, and we expect the downtime to last no longer than 20 twenty minutes.
If you have questions, please submit a ticket and on of our datacenter technicians will answer any questions that you may have.
